When it comes to food, I’m more of a quality than quantity gal. Don’t get me wrong, I love to eat, and until more recently I loved to eat a lot. I ‘m talking dinner with more dinner, then dessert, topped off with a few more dinner bites at the end. I’d wake up the next morning overwhelmed with guilt and stomach bloat, not to mention having to face that mean glare coming from the scale. Unfortunately, I often lack discipline and follow my dad’s favorite saying, “if you always do what you’ve always done, then you’re gonna get what you’ve always got.” No more I declare!
Wouldn’t you know it, sometimes change isn’t that hard. Who knew choosing more quality ingredients would take care of my quantity problem! Here’s a peek at some of my favorite foods to munch on, just so you can get to know me a little better. 😉

Love, love this yogurt! Have you ever stumbled upon a new product at the store that made your palate go crazy? I never used to be a yogurt person and then one day there it was sitting on the shelf at Whole Foods, on sale! Fate. And that’s how Icelandic yogurt found me. They have such amazing flavors, enjoy all of them! This flavor is great, but vanilla is my favorite, you can actually see the vanilla bean!
This can be the perfect lunch (along with some dates) when you are planning to have a pleasant dinner Sometimes I add some of my fav Kashi cereal for crunch, Honey Almond Flax! so. good. and filling!
