How’s everyone’s 3-day weekend holding up? We’re trying to get lots done before some friends come into town to visit, still not 100% unpacked and cleaned, whoops.

Ah well I’ve got priorities. Like watching football all day and making this so-good-you-must-dip-everything-in-it blue cheese yogurt dressing. Get your priorities straight and make this.

Just slice up some shallot.

Crumble in blue cheese.

Dallop in yogurt.

Capful in vinegar.

Sprinkle in salt, proceed to spill a bunch on the floor. Don’t believe in superstitions.

Crackle in black pepper.

Top on a bed of greens, have as a side for chicken wings, or use as a veggie/chicken finger/french fry dip. Versatility my friends.

Happy Labor Day Weekend!
